What was your motivation for getting into the industry:
Always loved the physical nature of accomplishment that comes when you are standing in front of a project you just completed. A project that started as just tiny idea placed in the back of your mind by a clients need, and that grows into something to be proud of.
What does architecture/construction/surveying/real estate mean to you?
- It means helping others satisfy one of their primal motive for safe comfortable shelter they can rest,relax,enjoy,work and live in.
Why do you practice the design/build concept/ what does it mean to you?
-It allows multiple teams to work at a much faster pace in terms of management/completion of concept design initiatives.
-We do not exclusively only work design & build jobs, we service any need, but when given the opportunity we prefer to be the one stop shop.
- -It also allows us to reduce costs because of scheduling our teams usually underbid the lowest bidding contractor anyway but if given advanced notice to future work we can reduce prices even more.
